Question: I'm Injured, Now What?

Updated 2 years ago by Darren Crawford

Answer: You know your injury better than we do. Please consult your doctor or physician before engaging in any exercise. Consider trying different exercises. For example, the standing barbell overhead press may aggravate your shoulder. Try doing seated dumbbell shoulder press instead and see how you feel.

Lastly, if you are unable to use a certain body part, do what you can in the gym or take some time off, and come back stronger than ever.

Take the recovery process serious! There is nothing worse than making an injury worse and having to wait longer to get back in the gym.
