Question: What is Microloading?

Updated 2 years ago by Darren Crawford

Microloading is a method of using weight plates smaller than 2.5 lbs to make effortless strength increases on your main key exercises. Instead of trying to jump up 5 lbs on a lift (which becomes more difficult the stronger you get) you make the small increase of 2.5 lbs and set new personal records almost every workout. Check out the Kinobody Micro Plates here.
