Question: What's the Difference Between Your 2 Day Split and 3 Day Split?

Answer: The 2-day split is what my  Greek God Program is crafted around. This split is for the fastest amount of strength gain possible. 
Once you build up a solid strength foundation, it's the perfect time to graduate to a 3-day split. This is what my  Superhero Bulking Program is crafted around. In a 3 day split, you can hit each exercise fresh and add in more training volume to increase muscle growth with your new found strength.

I recommend spending time with both training splits. 2-day splits are better for beginners and intermediate lifters to increase strength as quickly as possible. Which will make a night and day difference for your physique
